Triton Reservation and Event System (T-RES) Process Update Effective April 29, 2026

Permits and Modules

For reservations made on or after April 29, 2026, all Food Permits and Performance Agreements must be completed through T-RES. If the reservation was made outside of T-RES, select the option “Permits for Existing Reservations Outside of T-RES.”

For reservations made on or before April 28, 2026, please continue using the existing Food Permit or Performance Agreement forms and processes.

Major Events Policy (MEP)

Reserving space through T-RES automatically satisfies the Major Events Policy.

For reservations made outside of T-RES that are expected to have more than 100 attendees and/or include alcohol, please register your event through T-RES. Log in to T-RES and select the option Permits for Existing Reservations Outside of T-RES.”

This process replaces the Event Intake Form.
