Best Practices for Invitation Language
When planning an event for internal and external audiences we recommend the following event language be included on event invitations. If invitation space is limited, add language to registration pages, websites, and/or confirmation emails. This will help in communicating our campus expectations effectively, ensuring that all attendees and guests are well-informed and aligned with the event guidelines.
Accessibility
We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. If you need further assistance, please contact us at [INSERT EMAIL CONTACT] 48 hours prior to the date of the event.
